"Wait up!" Smogkit squealed, scampering toward his siblings. Scorchkit kicked off to a start, racing past Smogkit.

Tigerkit felt as if he had been here before, yet he didn't remember leaving the camp. "This way!"
He ran out of RiverClan Territory, and the twolegplace came into view.

Foxkit raced into the camp.
"Tigerkit!" She squeaked. "They've taken Tigerkit!"
Snakestar's eyes were wide. "Where have you been?" He demanded, a snarl hinting at his voice.
Foxkit swallowed. "BloodClan..." She trailed off.

Scorchkit hung her head guiltily.

"He told us to run..." Foxkit meowed. Then her yellow eyes narrowed. "I want to get him back. Make us Apprentices!"

Scorchkit tipped her head. "Blitz said something about us being Bloodclan royalty. Surely he wouldn't harm Tigerkit?"
"That won't matter to them." Ashstar meowed shaking her head.

Foxkit's heart sunk. She should have stayed and helped her brother.
"Please....can we be apprentices and start battle training?"
"You're only five and a half moons." Snakestar meowed. "And we have to punish you for leaving camp."
"No!" Foxkit squeaked.
