Adder and Thanatos paced near the edge of the fight, the young cats' eyes bright with excitement as they searched for someone to fight.
Mossystar snarled, kicking out with her back paws and flinging Shade off of her. Shade sneered. "You'll have to do better than that kittypet," she laughed, lunging forwards and head butting Mossystar in the side, knocking her over. Then, she began to drag her claws across her back and side, leaving long gashes on her face as well.

LionClan
Foxstorm flipped over, her green eyes wide. She swung her claws at her attacker.
Brackenfoot and Leafwing, Foxstorm's kits, leapt to their mother's aid, lunging at Fang, scoring marks all along his pelt. Whitefoot, their sister, who had chosen to be a Medicine Cat, watched from her den, Willowshine at her side.
Heathertail and Breezepelt's teeth were bared, their tails fluffed up. Breezepelt went for Adder, while Heathertail leaped at Ice.
Whiskernose bowled Tigerstar to the ground, hitting him with well-aimed blows.
Boulderfur snarled, his eyes narrowed, as he pulled Shade off Mossystar. Beetlewhisker helped his clanmate, tearing up the she-cat's fur.
Grasspelt and Furzepelt looked around for a cat to attack.

TigerClan
Tigerstar easily kicked the WindClan deputy off, pinning him down and tearing his claws across his stomach.
Larchwing, along with Bramblefur, Starlingwing, Dawnpelt, Toadfoot, and Shrewfoot, circled around the clearing.
"This battle is already won." Dawnpelt meowed. "They are outnumbered and we have two more patrols on the way."
Starlingwing nodded. "Let's just help the BloodClan cats."
Larchwing and Bramblefur both knocked Brackenfoot and Leafwing off their paws, while Starlingwing came to Adder's side, lashing out at Breezepelt. Dawnpelt's jaws snapped around Heathertail's spine, pulling her away from Ice.
Toadfoot appeared next to Tigerstar, eyeing Ashstar through narrowed eyes.
Shrewfoot ran over to Mossystar and Shade, hissing threateningly at Beetlewhisker.

Scorchpelt snarled, her flank and face were soaking with blood. She rolled onto her back, extending her claws and kicking away Wolf as Smogtail rushed Jag.
Duskfur charged at Shade, her teeth bared.

TigerClan
A yowl ran clearing through the clearing, and Ivystar appeared with Mapleheart, Hollyleaf, Dovewing, Molepelt, Cinderheart, and Blackeye.
Hollyleaf immediately went into battle with Dovewing at her side. They both pinned Furzepelt and Grasspelt to the ground.
Blackeye ran in front of Jag, shoving Smogtail out of the way, then turning and leaping on his back.
Molepelt reared up and slashed his claws across Boulderfur's eyes.
Cinderheart and Mapleheart creeped along the edge of the camp, eyes locked on the RiverClan Deputy. "If we kill her and Mossystar, then RiverClan will be without guidance, and will fall. We must go for Whiskernose and Ashstar next." Mapleheart mewed.
Cinderheart nodded. "Let's go." She hissed, snapping her teeth into Foxstorm's tail.
Mapleheart went for the throat, knocking the she-cat backwards so that her back slammed into the ground and her weak side was visible.

LionClan
Foxstorm rolled over, digging her claws into the ground to pull desperately away from the she-cats.
Whiskernose's eyes were dull with fear, and he tried to squirm away from the huge tabby leader.
Brackenfoot fell backwards, but jumped back to his paws and viciously slammed Larchwing to the ground.
Leafwing slapped Bramblefur in the face with unsheathed paws, forcing him backwards.
Furzepelt gasped as Hollyleaf''s claws went through his throat.
Grasspelt shrieked with fear as his clanmate died.
"LionClan is outnumbered!" He yowled as Dovewing closed in on him, pinning him down as well.

Shade snarled, getting up and shaking out her fur, drop of blood splattering the ground around her. Then, she lunged forwards, driving her claws into Mossystar's chest and flipping her onto her back, shredding the leaders belly with her hind claws. "Even if you kill me, Riverclan will remain strong and so will Lionclan," snarled Mossystar, her eyes narrowed in pain. Shade laughed. Then, as she drove her claws through Mossystar's throat, she whispered, "You will search, but you will not find us. You will hunt, and not overcome us. But we will hunt you, and we will find you. Your scream will be silent, you will not live to hear it, because we are Bloodclan. Blood is, blood was and blood will forever be."

Ashstar looked desparately at her cats, eyes full with shock as she watched her own kin kill one of the lionclan cats, "Lionclan! Fall back! Defend yourselves! Escape!"

Duskfur gasped at Shades horrid words, and latched herself onto the shecat.

Shade laughed, pulling her claws from Mossystar's throat. The Riverclan leader looked at for a moment. "Bloodclan will fall..." She whispered, then, her eyes became glassy and she died. Shade laughed again. "Fool," she sneered at Mossystar's unmoving body. "Bloodclan shall live forever."
