Thistlefur caught her paw between his teeth and bit down, twisting it at an awkward angle until he heard a crack.

Thistlefur staggered back a step, shaking his head to clear it. Then, he lunged forwards, slamming into her flank with his claws outstretched, then leaping back out of the way of her claws. He leapt in again, putting his weight on his front paws and kicking out with his back claws, sending her flying back.

She landed on her back, exhausted. Nonetheless, she tried to make herself look intimidating by baring her teeth.

Thistlefur stalked forwards, then pounced, tearing his claws along her exposed stomach.

Before he could tear her stomach, she rolled to the side, turned, then kicked him with her hind legs.

Thistlefur roared and stumbled back, digging his claws into the ground to keep himself steady. Then, running forwards, he hooked his claws into her shoulders, using all of his strength to flip her onto her back, lashing out repeatedly with his claws.

She yowled, biting on one of his paws before it reached her left shoulderblade.
