Ashstar nodded her thanks. "I've missed it here." she sighed. "I never imagined coming back...on these terms..." she wheezed.
Thorntooth blinked.

"Just fine," she coughed. "I'm just old. No need to worry." she insisted, her broad face hardly managing the smile she forced upon her face.

"I will," she meowed, and turned away to go to her den. She turned back to Coalspot. "We need food. Can you and Thorntooth hunt?"

"Thank you," Ashstar sighed, gratefulness practically beaming off of her.
