Tigerkit then leaped down from the tyres, giving ever cat a cold look.
Snakestar sniggered silently and turned to return home. Lionstar followed, with Goldenflight and Owlwing behind him.
Tigerkit brought up the rear, his tabby pelt disappearing out the camp entrance.

Shade watched them go, still sort of confused.

Blitz snarled. Weak! he thought, shaking his head.
Thorn watched them go, narrowing her eyes.

Blitz turned to his clan. "Weak!" he snarled. "We are not weak!"
Thorn bristled, and bore her teeth. "Blitz," he growled, and he lashed a paw out at her. "Silence!" he hissed, and lashed his tail.

Fury boiled up inside of him.
Thorn unsheathed her claws, growling.

"Blitz, you have to think clearly about this- maybe we are weaker." We certainly were stronger during Tigerfur and Snakestar's reign, she added to herself.
Blitz hissed. "Maybe," he hissed, "You're as weak as those clan cats!" he snarled and grinned at the flash of frustration in her eyes, and her pelt fluffed out even more. "Ah," he meowed softly. "You do have weakness."
"So do you!" she spat back.
Blitz let out a throaty purr, which turned into a menacing snarl. "Do you have an ounce of respect for your leader?"
"If I did, it would be gone by now," she growled. As he snarled at her again, she meowed with defiance."You don't scare me- almost nothing does."
"Then maybe you should leave," Blitz meowed lightly, a snarl edging his voice.
"Fine then-" she spat, and before she could finish, Blitz tackled her, raking his claws down her eye. She yowled in anger, pain, and sadness. She kicked him off, and dodged another blow.
"Out," he snarled. "now."
Thorn opened her bloodied jaws to speak, but then shut them, ears drooping. her shoulders sagged as she strode out of the camp, and she felt a sympathetic pair of olive-green eyes gaze at her. She then ran off into the city without another word.
