Bane also caught scent of the raven, but decided to let Wolf have the thrill of hunting it. He parted his jaws, inhaling the air for any more scents of prey.

Eclipse got to her paws, padding up to Frost. "What troubles her?" she asked, concern edging her voice.

Talon looked at her brother ad sister, then bounded over to the camp entrance, watching her sister go. A troubled expression crossed her face and she narrowed her eyes.

Wolf lunged forwards, unsheathing his claws and digging them into the raven's wings as it tried to escape. He dragged it down to the ground and killed it with a bite to the neck.

The scent disappeared when he looked at Wolf take down the Raven, and continued on to find the prey scent he had lost.
