"From this moment you will now be known as Larchwing. StarClan honors your spirit and courage." Rowanstar meowed.
Tigerfrost lifted his chin as his apprentice became a warrior. She was one of the best fighters in the clan, like him. He had kits of his own- Maplepaw and Hawkpaw were watching the warrior ceremony through sparkling eyes.
"Before I close this meeting, I would like to announce my deputy." Rowanstar called.
Lionstar sniffed.
Murmurs arose among the clan.
"The new deputy of ShadowClan will be Redwillow."
"Redwillow! Redwillow!"

Redwillow, Cinderheart, and Larchwing went on a border patrol.

Tigerstar jumped on the highledge, his muscular pelt rippling. He now had nine lives. Ivystar jumped up beside him.
Hollyleaf's green eyes were calm. "Ashstar is still alive, yet both our leaders died. I believe that she must die in order to make this rivalry over."
Mapleheart's eyes widened. "Are you saying we attack LionClan again and kill Ashstar? Hasn't she suffered enough with losing her mate?"
Hawkfur snarled. "You sound like a coward!"
"And she has a good reason to!" Some cat retorted.

"Silence!" Ivystar snapped.
Hawkfur curled his lip, but did not continue the argument.
"Hollyleaf has a point." Tigerstar murmured.
Yowls of both agreement and disagreement erupted. Larchwing, the ShadowClan deputy, got to her paws.
"I agree...." She said. "But what would StarClan say? TigerClan has been apart from LionClan for only four moons...is that really enough time to say we want such bloody revenge on our enemies?"
Bramblefur nodded his approval, while other cats hissed viciously.
"We must attack now while we have the element of surprise." Molepelt meowed.
Dovewing's ears were pricked. "They definitely won't expect us."
Ivystar turned to Tigerstar. "What do you say?"
Tigerstar's cold ice blue eyes were narrowed. "I have an idea."

Tigerstar told his idea, and many cats were shocked. Ivystar asked the clan to cast stones to vote, and the vote was clear. More cats voted for Tigerstar's plan.

Ivystar lashed her silver and white tail. "Are you sure?" She repeated to her cats.
Mapleheart licked her leader's shoulder comfortingly. "Lionstar and Rowanstar must not go unavenged." She mewed soothingly. "We are sure."
"I would like Hawkfur and the two deputies to come with me." Tigerstar meowed. "Let's go."

Tigerstar entered the camp with the BloodClan cats following behind him.
Hawkfur and Mapleheart were on either side of the leader while Larchwing followed from the back.
Ivystar flicked her tail and looked up as the cats entered.

Lightningstorm looked around at the Tigerclan cats, his ears flat.
Crowflight entered the Tigerclan camp with confidence.

Tigerstar jumped on the highledge. "Cats of TigerClan. I have taken over BloodClan succesfully and three of them have taken warrior names. The rest will follow soon, and one will be leader of the fifth clan."

Crowflight glanced at the Tigerclan cats, gently placing Amber on the ground.
Lightningstorm placed Isolde next to her sister, glaring at the cats.
