Snake nodded at Moonstripe, then dropped the bird, turning to Ravenstar. "I have heard of the clans in these forests, and I grew curious. I was found by your patrol and noticed how they worked together, surrounding me and how the two wiser cats instructed the two younger ones. I seek to join your clan," he meowed, dipping his head.

Ravenstar purred. "Then you are accepted."
The gray tabby jumped up onto the hill-ledge. "Cats of StormClan! We now welcome a new warrior. Snake, do you promise to uphold the warrior code, and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"
