Scorchpaw pushed herself up to her paws, and sat to watch with her brothers.
Smogpaw took advantage of that, and pinned her down, keeping most of his strength down on her shoulders.
The cat trekked through the former Riverclan territory, listening to the swaying of the reeds.

Foxpaw bowed her head in submission.
Immediately, Lionstar raised his voice for all the cats to hear. "Does any cat deny these apprentices of earning their warrior names?"
Snakestar licked his lips.

Ashstar gazed at her children with pride, and her tail twitched.
Scorchpaw beamed.
Smogpaw got off of her, and sat curtly.
The cat continued, and peered over at a fallen tree, scenting the air to make sure if any patrols were about.

Lionstar grinned. "Then the ceremony will begin. I, Lionstar, leader of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentices. They have trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend them to you as a warrior in their turn.
Tigerpaw, Foxpaw, Scorchpaw, Smogpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your lives?" Lionstar meowed, tail fluffed out.
"I do!" Foxpaw mewed.
Tigerpaw nodded. "I do."

With her head held up high, she repeated the words. "I do."

Duskfur's tail twitched with excitement.
As soon as it could not scent any cats nearby, it started to cross it ungracefully. It's claws held onto the bark. With a startled yowl, it slipped on the bark and splashed into the lake below.

"Scorchpaw, from this moment you will be known as Scorchpelt. StarClan honors your courage and strength, and we welcome you as a full warrior of LionClan." The leader meowed. "And Smogpaw, you will know be known as Smogtail. StarClan honors your skill in battle and cleverness."
Lionstar then looked at Tigerpaw. "I would like Snakestar to do this ceremony."
Snakestar jumped up beside the tom. They had planned this before the ceremony.
"Tigerpaw, from this moment you will be known as Tiger...."
Tigerpaw narrowed his eyes. Tigerfur. He hissed to himself.
"...frost." Snakestar's eyes were troubled. "StarClan honors your Wisdom and Skill, and we welcome you as a full warrior of LionClan."
